Youth academy

Training-mention qualities:

Marin Săndulescu was involved in many situations today, showing us his inadecvat winger.

Filip Ioan  is probably week at playmaking at this moment in his development.

In this game, I studied Atila Revesz. His  winger  is  week I would say.

As we also train winger I studied Luna Ioan during the game. I think he can become week at that before leaving the academy.

I followed Varodi Nic during the game, and I would say he can be week  at defending one day.

When it comes to scoring, Luca Pomete has the potential to become  solid

On a side note, I couldn’t help but notice that Marius-Virgiliu Denes can reach pasable  in  playmaking

You should know that Nae Antoniu  has the potential to become pasable when it comes to keeper.

I have some extra information for you regarding Fane Toma. He can reach solid at winger.

Laurenţiu Nanu keeps developing, his defending ability is now  week. It’s good to know our work has had an effect.

This week I noticed that Corcodus Alexandru  has improved significantly. His scoring ability is week

Vornic Ioan has responded well to the defending sessions we have organised this week and gained a level.

Some good news about Lucian Pintilie, he is responding well to the keeper training sessions and is now solid.

Training – possibly valuable advice(not always correlated with high potential):

The current training is not the optimal one for Romulus Timofte , what he really needs is to practice scoring.

It’s always OK for a player to hone multiple skills, but in the case of Bogdan Georgescu it’s obvious that a focus on defending sessions would be very productive.

When I see Dragomir Zăvoranu on the practice ground, I can’t shake the feeling that he really wants to train playmaking instead.

Feel free to keep training Andrei Boaca like you do, but eventually he should also get a chance to practice his defending.

Feel free to let your boys try different positions, but I really think you should try giving Name Filipp Smolyak some keeper training, too.

I’m not saying Paul Hoble is not benefiting from the current training, just bear in mind he also has lots of room for improvement in the winger.

In my opinion, Robert Niţu  is not going to reach his potential as a footballer unless he gets some defending  training.

Mark my words, it would be a good thing to give Adrian Damian some keeper training before it’s too late.

Balt Caransebes  has considerable talent for keeper, which he is not improving optimally with the current training regime. Think about that…

Training–capping:

Now I am positive that Mircea Cojocaru can’t learn more in the youth academy when it comes to scoring

Olivian Popa   is not going to respond to defending training any more.

I don’t think the youth team is the right place for Gabriel Antohi any more. At least when it comes to Set pieces he’s simply unable to improve any more.

Medium and high growth potential (but not necessarily the skills involved):

Paul Pop  might not look too impressive yet, but at least he still has a good overall capacity to learn.

Don’t expect any miracles with Par Petru On the whole, he can still improve, but he will need quite a lot of training.

Overall, Claudiu Popa really needs more training if you want him at his maximum potential.

Varlan Sec is a player that will need lots of training before he reaches his true overall potential.

Don’t give up on Ion Luca, he still has so much to learn.

Vart Nem has the capacity to keep improving in the youth team – for seasons and seasons. It’s your call if he is worth it…

To be honest, I’m not sure Porfu Gheorghe will be able to reach his overall potential in the youth academy, no matter how much he trains.

Alex Nica has a lot of raw potential, but you need to give him a varied training for several seasons to see the results. Maybe you don’t have the time in his case.

Fildas Rares has lots of unused potential. Even with just the right training regime, he will need seasons to realise all of it.

Porutiu Dan definitely needs several more seasons in the youth squad to reach his overall potential.

You will have to keep Matei Corn in the youth team for a long, long time, if you want him to show his true potential here.

You won’t see the best of Mihai Andrei until you’ve given him a season or more of focused training.

There is certainly still some potential in Iosif Pârvu  Leave him to me, he could be fully trained in a season or so but you might need to change training types to achieve that.

In the case of Lucian Brodoceanu, he would need at least another season of training before he is finished here with us.

Give Ionel Apostol some more time, he has the potential to improve for at least another season if you give him the right training sessions.

Stelu Irimia has worked diligently, he’s still learning winger right now. Let him keep training this for a long time, he has the potential for it.

Ok, Mădălin Ceauşescu is no star yet but there is definitive potential when it comes to scoring. This boy would benefit from more of this training for the whole next season, or even longer.

Alin Muscă has better winger now, but he could still improve a lot. If you let him focus on this for the next season or two, it will pay off.

Adam Gal seems to improve when it comes to winger. You could probably give him primary training in this skill with good effect for another season or so.

Sandu Măgureanu does well practicing keeper. Give him a season or so of further primary training in this skill, and you will see steady improvement.

We’ve seen some progress in the winger capabilities of young Benone Onofrei. In a season or so I think he will reach his potential in this skill if you give him primary training.

Multiple growth potential – specific messages for multiskill:

Don’t be fooled by what you saw on the pitch this week – I still think Cristi Mancaş is one of our more promising players.

Try to find the right spot on the team for Nae Antoniu, there is a lot of football in that kid.

Adam Dumitru is undeveloped, but it could be worth giving him special attention in the training sessions.

I wouldn’t say Narcis Stoian is necessarily much of a player today, but in contrast to some of the other boys, he certainly has potential for improvement.

You could see from Adrian Damian ‘s sessions this week that he still has a lot to learn, but that he does have the potential.

Don’t give up on Mihai Nicorescu , boss. I’m sure he has a lot of football in him.

There’s a lot of raw talent in Mircea Zaharia I’m sure he can improve on the team, but you can’t really say yet if he is star material.

In my opinion, Atanase Săndulescu has the potential to improve considerably, he just needs someone to give him a chance.

It’s quite obvious that Marin Pana hasn’t received the right training in the past, and that he could benefit a lot from the proper attention.

Low growth potential:

Oliviu Salaoru is a player that can still learn a few tricks, but he is already close to his overall potential.

About Pavel Morar - he’s still got a few things to learn overall, but you won’t see any spectacular improvements there.

If you like Dan Magureanu . let’s keep him – he still has a few skills that can be improved in the youth team.

If you want Martin Varadi to progress at all, he’ll soon need regular team training.

I don’t think we can teach Ivan Popa that much more overall in the Youth Academy, boss.

Marcel Frăţilă  seems to approach the overall limit for what we can teach him at youth level. Either give him the chance in the senior team soon, or dump him.

The sky is not the limit for everyone. Árpád Rózsás is getting steadily better at defending, but I think he’ll level out in that department within the next month or so if given primary training.

Mugurel Bogatu is getting on well with the scoring training. I’d say he’ll be fully trained in it within just a few weeks of primary training.

Good news, Nelu Drughe is improving his defending. Give him few weeks more of primary training on it and he’ll be ready to fly.

Stars player in this match corresponding skillcaps player:

Eugen Vari had a charmed game this week, I haven’t seen him play that well before.

In this week’s game, Mihai Anghel played close to his potential. Very well done!

I hope you saw Pascuta Petre play this week, he gave one of his best performances for the team so far.

I’m sure you noticed that Dan Sima had an unusually good game this week. Let’s hope he can learn how to play more consistently at that level.

I liked the way Rosca Pavel gave his everything in our last game. I hope to see him like that again sometime soon.

It was endearing to see Razvan Ghiolban in this week’s game, he really gave us all he’s got.

Paru Viorel had a delightful game this week, he fought harder than any of our other players.

Did you see Oliver Rus in this week’s game? He did really well, given his capacity.

Claudiu Tindala had a great game this week, don’t forget to mention that to him.

Finding valuable player compared to others in the academy:

Compared to his team mates, Catalin Raus has an exceptional maximum potential.

If we consider both current skill and future potential, Iederan Cristian is clearly one of the kids on the team that could have the brightest future.

Maybe you know it and maybe you don’t… but Dan Ardelean is one of the best players this academy can create.

High leadership:

Livius Costache is the player I need to convince first to get my ideas through to the team.

After a bad game, Manuel Oltean is often the first to shake off his disappointment and start talking about the next match.

He’s just a boy, but still Gabriel Nica has a very commanding presence on the field. The other kids look up to him.

When the boys don’t know what to think about something, they tend to turn to Răzvan Ciocan for his opinion.

Character:

Dishonest or infamous

Although it has given us a few goals, you should talk to Dan Udrea about football ethics. He falls over a lot.

Alecu Negruţ is a sweet boy, but he doesn’t play a fair game. It could cause some trouble down the line…

Vasile Cojocaru has many good qualities, but trustworthiness isn’t one of them. He takes after his father, perhaps.

Vasile-Paul Dragomir didn’t show up for training on time, then he lied about the reasons. Make a note about that, coach.

Balanced, calm or tranquil

While he has other qualities, sometimes I wish Vlad Rebegea would be more involved emotionally on the pitch.

One thing I can say about Mihai Lazăr is that he is very calm and peaceful.

Emanoil Bordea is such a fine young boy, never gives us any headaches in training. Loves his mother, too.

Radu Frumuşanu has a very long fuse, never really gets in a fight.

Saintly, righteous, honest or upright

You can always trust Sever Toader to give you his honest opinion about the situation in the team, that’s valuable I think.

Vlad Lungu is a stand up guy. I like him.

In this week’s game, Gin Codrean confessed a foul that the referee didn’t spot. Maybe that’s overdoing it, but it’s still nice to see some youngsters still have moral fibre.

You never see Nicu Hamza taking a dive on the field. You’ve got to respect the kid for that.

Unstable, fiery or temperamental

We had to pull András Husz out of a fight again this week. That kid never learns.

I don’t get Vince Haraszti, he’s always the first to pick a fight!

Stefan Pin has a very rough attitude, both on and off the pitch. That could get him into trouble…

Marius Purcea is one of those players that adds a lot of fighting spirit on the team, but sometime he overdoes it.

Speciality:

Head

We’ve got a natural header specialist in Petru-Vasile Milaş

Tudor Crudu has a good head on his shoulders… And I’m not saying that he is particularly smart.

I like Anton Oprea ‘s ability in the air.

Quick

Let’s hope Laur Anghelache finds a way to exploit that speed of his.

Leo Cozma is one of the quicker players we’ve got – especially when the snacks are served!

Amazing speed in those little feet. Horaţiu Stănescu has got great pace.

Unpredictable

Hoffmann Siekierski is kind of unpredictable, it makes him stand out.

Florin Eremia ‘s one of these players that can create a chance out of nothing sometimes.

Cristian-Gheorghe Clenciu is an atypical player – sometimes that’s good, sometimes it is plain dangerous.

Regainer

The ability of Georgel Goiceanu to heal is really remarkable.

Doctors are almost redundant when it comes to Ispas Nicolae . He just heals so fast.

The wounds of Sever Georgescu heal like magic.

Powerful

Florian Georgescu is a big boy, but he can be a bit slow at times.

I think Ionel Axinte is a fine specimen. He has a nice, physical style.

I wouldn’t want to be caught between Andrei-Nicolae Neagu and a stray ball. This boy could bring down anyone.

Technical

That lad Adelin Cojocaru seems to have a love affair with the ball, it warms my heart to see it.

Great technique in such a young boy. Yes, I am talking about Vultur Ioan

Voinea Razvan has a natural way with the ball, I’m telling you.
